The Last AirbenderAlrighty then. If you’re over the age of about 15, this one’s definitely not targeted towards you. Couldn’t tell you anything about the plot, but Nickelodeon’s Avatar: The Last Airbender is one of those shows in a growing line of “anime but not really” television series being produced by American networks and studios trying to capture the magic of what makes anime so popular among today’s teen and tween demographics. Take that for what you will, but it’s more kid programming on iTunes, and that’s always a good thing. Season 1 and the first episode of season 2 (presumably the current one) are available now.
